Cherish, Mixed Media Layout

There are times in your life that you realize that sometimes you don’t cherish the moments you should… Recently a beautiful woman had a huge loss in her life and it made me realise that I wasn’t taking people in my life for granted but maybe I just wasn’t cherishing moments like I should. that I should live each moment as it is and not think so far ahead. enjoy the now.

with that being said, my brother is one of those people, I don’t take him for granted. I know exactly how luck I am and how much I cherish the relationship we now have as adults. But, I have never documented out moment or out relationship, so what better time then now!! as kids we were your typical siblings, we fought, never saw eye to eye and couldn’t stand each other! now as adults when we aren’t busy we are together doing something even if its just hanging out!

This moment is probably one my fav moments capture! we take a bootcamp together and this year it landed on Halloween so naturally we had to dress up!! I love this picture it makes me smile and makes me happy and makes me realize how fricken lucky I am!!

anyways that’s my inspiration for this layout, we are all inspired by something… what inspires you??

This layout was made for the Limor Webber Designs DT! Join me in my new obsession, the rules are lists below and there is an awsome lottle prize for the winners selected (also listed below).  So here it is…. My first sketch and design! 5. This is an international blog, based out of Ontario, Canada with International Sponsors, so anyone can enter.

6. Layouts submitted for each SKETCH CHALLENGE– MAY NOT–be combined with any other SKETCH CHALLENGE ( for obvious reasons) and may only be combined with no more then 3 OTHER blog challenges or contest.

If receiving comments is important to you, please select COMMENT MODERATION instead}

Please don’t link up to galleries or forums! This will cause problems for our Design Team especially if they are not members themselves & therefore cannot gain access easily.

11. Please do not link to your entire blog as this makes it difficult to find your post & could result in our Design Team being unable to comment. Please provide a direct link to your post that contains the take on our reveal not to your entire blog.

12. You may enter each challenge as many times as you wish!But only one of your projects can be selected for a Giveaway and or Featured Designer!

My boys<3

Here’s a little layout dedicated to the men in my home:) I have my little man/fur baby and my big man/fiance:)
I quite enjoyed creating this piece and this my first time using 7 dots paper. And let my tell you I’m now addicted:) the paper itself is quite thick which is ideal for my as I like to use a lot of layers and sprays, so the paper holds up quite well. So with this as a base and a few layers of die cut pieces, stamps, stencils and a few paper strips this little baby was complete:)

I created this with a mixed media design in mind! And using some of my fav products this was the outcome… I hope you enjoy. First up is a full view…
